Step by Step Instructions

  • First make sure you are logged into My Tributes.To

  • Click on “Add Tribute”

  • Enter the deceased details using the form.
  • Not all the boxes need to be completed to create a Tribute, just enter the details you have.
  • The preferred name is used throughout the Tribute when referring to the person, if left blank the first name is used.

  • Select dates using the calender

  • The date of birth is automatically populated, but if you don’t know the date of birth just remove what has been entered and leave it blank.

  • When you have finshed click on Create – when the Tribute has been created you will be directed to the editing pages.
